		<description>Its not just viewers in Ireland who want multiple regions. Its required for Scotland as well. Several years ago, STV decided that they didn&#039;t want their viewers to actually have the programmes they actually wanted to watch - like Midsomer Murders, The Bill, Doc Martin (&amp; many more). Those of us lucky to have Sky, FreeSat or Virgin could still access ITV1 (England), but needed to be able to find out when these programmes actually are on, so multiple regions make sense to many of us.</description>
