Zingzing is Getting an Upgrade

My new toy arrived in the post… and I’ve been busy moving Zingzing to the new hardware.
Quad Core Intel Xeon, 2.83GHz
4GB Memory
73GB, SAS, 15K RPM Hard Drive (Hot Plug)
SAS 6iR internal RAID Controller
Redundant Power Supply (Hot Plug)
This will really help with some of the more "expensive" features like related programmes and text based searching. Shame I can’t keep it in the house..

Good question Lee. I don’t have kids or a girlfriend.
No, seriously. I make my money off of the underlying technology in the site. The banners are on hiatus to see if this has any effect towards boosting traffic. (Not a dent interestingly)
Well I can certainly understand how the lack of kids or wife/girlfriends could boost your funds, they certainly drain mine
I’m sure that you could add some ‘premium services’ and start charging for them. I used to pay DigiGuide a whole £8 a year before I found ZingZing.
