I can’t drag the zingzing screen about any more. It has been fine for months, but suddenly stopped working! I am using Chrome 16.0.912.75 m and Vista.

It works in Firefox and IE, but I would prefer to use Chrome, if possible.

Any ideas?

Just to show you there’s problems viewing your website operating the most recent release of Opera on windows xp, the words to the article keeps running down the webpage as if it is to short.

Firstly thanks for a great program, very useful if like me you live in Spain but is it possible to change the clock, it can get a bit confusing having to remember to add an hour to everything.

Thanks. I have been trying things (automatic cookie update) and at the moment I think I have worked it out.
Operating system is xp pro ver 2002 sp3.

Bob,

I am having a bit of trouble understanding your problem. The site requires cookies in order to save your channel details. This is done automatically as you change your channel settings on the options page. (http://www.zingzing.co.uk/options/) Channel settings should be stored for a period of one year. Make sure you have your system clock set to the correct date. Bar that you may try clearing your Zingzing cookie as something may have corrupted it.

How do i save the settings I have just made?
There are no cookies. I had some saved and now I need to alter the view and it will not save new ones

I’ve installed that version of firefox on my mac and fixed the error. Thanks so much for pointing it out. The site should be up and running for you now.

Hi, love your website, so easy to use and I appreciate the different customisation available. I’m on a Mac and running Firefox 3.6.19 and a couple days ago the website stopped working properly – the left hand scroll bar is gone, the hour range is gone, the current time white line is gone. I’m not able to adjust anything or scroll, etc. Everything is fine if I use Safari. Is there anything I can do to get the site working again on Firefox? I have other sites I use often that don’t work well on Safari….thank you!
