Emma Willis and Tom Allen host as the last three new stars - former Strictly professional dancer Karen Hauer, comedian Seann Walsh and Olympian Laura Kenny - go head-to-head in a three-way cooking battle for the last two places in the next round. They'll be celebrating food that provides healthy and nutritious benefits, but the two stars who fail to impress with their culinary creations will have to face the cook-off - where one star leaves the competition.
