Series 2 · Bigger and Bigger

The Twirlywoos are on a beach, where they watch a couple of children building a sandcastle. When the children run away to join their parents, the Twirlywoos come out and start to add more sand to the sandcastle. They get carried away and build a huge sandcastle, which towers over the kids and their parents when they return. Peekaboo brings a strange jelly out of the hole in the wall which gets bigger each time someone touches it. When the Twirlywoos return to the boat, they investigate, and cause the jelly to get so big that it fills the entire boat!

Series 2 · High and Low

A woman is moving into a new house. The Twirlywoos see her hanging a mirror on the wall. On her first attempt she places the mirror too high, so only the top of her head is visible in it. She then moves it too low, but on the third attempt she gets it in the right position. She leaves the room, and the Twirlywoos come out. They climb up on a box and stack up like a totem pole to reach the mirror, which they then lower down to the ground. They hear the woman coming back and have to hide. She is surprised to find the mirror has been taken down and hangs it back up on the wall. Each time the woman leaves, the Twirlywoos come out and repeat the routine, stacking up to reach the mirror and bringing it down again. Eventually the Hooter calls them back, just as they are in the middle of lowering the mirror, and they fly off still holding onto it. The woman comes back and is surprised to discover the mirror hanging right at the very top of the wall. A plank draws on the Twirlywoo Screen, and the Twirlywoos interact with it, causing it to go high and low like a seesaw. Peekaboo comes out of the hole in the wall to watch, just as the Twirlywoos get carried away and send the plank flying...

Series 2 · Outside

The Twirlywoos are in a living room, where they see a man going outside into the garden through the patio doors. He brings some things outside with him, a chair and then a cushion, and finally a book which he starts to read. The Twirlywoos decide to move more things from inside the house to the outside, while the man obliviously continues reading. They get carried away, and when the man finally looks up from his book, he finds he is surrounded by the entire contents of the living room, even the sofa! Peekaboo gets stuck outside the boat and goes around it looking in through different windows and making noises which the Twirlywoos hear, but can't see who it is. Finally, Peekaboo manages to get back inside through the top of the boat.

Series 2 · Next To

The Twirlywoos are in a shop filled with bric-a-brac where they watch a lady putting brightly coloured cardboard stars next to some items in the window display. She leaves the box of stars on the counter and goes into a back room. The Twirlywoos come out and take stars from the box, putting them next to as many different things as they can, until all the stars are used up. The lady comes back to discover that every item in the shop now has a star next to it! The Stop-Go Car visits the boat and brings the Twirlywoos some red, yellow and blue coloured blocks. The Twirlywoos decide to line them up, taking turns to place one colour next to the other. They make a long line of blocks which stretches across the boat, finishing outside Peekaboo's hole. While the Twirlywoos are busy celebrating, Peekaboo peeps out and knocks the end block, causing it to fall into the one next to it, until they all collapse, domino-style! This is repeated several times, with the Twirlywoos setting up the blocks and Peekaboo knocking them down again. In the end, the Twirlywoos chase after their rings, and Peekaboo takes the blocks into the hole.

Series 2 · Open and Close

The Twirlywoos are at a theatre, where they watch the stage manager pressing a button which opens and closes the curtains. When the stage manager takes a break, they decide to press the button themselves and open and close the curtains on an opera singer who is trying to deliver a grandiose performance, much to her surprise! The Box comes to visit the boat and opens to reveal a glowing light and jingling sound. Every time the Twirlywoos try to look inside, it closes again! Eventually, Chickedy and Chick dive headfirst into the Box before it has a chance to close, tipping it up and revealing that it is full of twinkling stars. The stars fly around the boat and out of the top, where they light up the night sky.
